Taste Notes
Taste is good, great head retention. Clove and bready notes in the aroma, and a slight citrus note is added to that in the flavor. The body is lighter than I'd like. It makes it refreshing, but next time I'd like to up the wheat ratio to about 60% to try to bring out the body a bit more. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
