Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give 76.5% AA (starter) for WLP090 at 67.0C. Based on a Gordon Strong recipe, previously made as AG#143. (Columbus added later in boil as Alpha % is much higher.) WLP090 Yeast, 559B cells = 2.5L + 2.7L starter. (PUREPITCH - Assume a starter based on 150B cells and a manufacturing date 6 months earlier than the expiry date.) Mr Tasty water
