Taste Notes

This beer is probably good when numbers are hit, but I missed by 9 points and while it has nice hoppiness, the beer is thin.

Notes

More beer recipe kit. 1.45-1.50 OG targets with 30 IBUs. Since I double the recipe size, I had to move some hops around, simply doubling the hops at the times they indication will give a 67 IBU beer. I decided to hit 40 IBUs since I like a bitter beer and add the extra hops at 1 minute for some extra flavor.
