Notes

Brew day 3/12/25. First batch - realized there was not enough Cluster and Galena for two batches/1 bbl. Substiture Chinook for boil Galena and Cluster. Save Cluster and Galena for late addition hops. First pre-boil 1.037, 18.75 gallons. 70% efficiency. Poor efficiency, milled in new mill at 1.065. End of boil 1.046, 15.5 gallons in brew kettle. 14.5 into fermenter. Second pre-boil 1.044 at 18 gallons. 80% efficiency. Milled at 1.055, but mash needed extra rice hulls. End of boil 1.05 at 16 gallons.
