Initil taste (uncarbed, warm) is esters are low. May want to increase Abbey Ale and decrease Hornindal next time. Notes
Brew day 1/21/25. Begging of transfer gravity 1.075. Beginning of boil gravit 1.043 at 19 gallons. OG 1.049 at 15.75 gallons in SS1 fermenter. Added Apex Abbey (20 g) and Hornindal (20 g). FG 1.011. Kegged 1/28/25. 3 kegs. 14.426302 gallons. 1.323698 gallons lost. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
