Taste Notes
-Thick mouthfeel
-Nose: Burnt toffee, salted caramel, Coffee
-Taste: Coffee, sweetness from the lower sugar attenuation, but not unwanted.
Tasted after secondary, before carbonation. Remarkably drinkable after 1 month. Still a boozy heat afterwards, but not overpowering. Lasts on the tongue a long time.Notes
Seemed to hit all numbers fine, however plate chiller did not cool down beer enough. Most likely it was because of the pump running too quickly.
