Notes
Performed 100% drain of wort for each decoction. - This was due to mash tun being too small for 20lt strike volume.
Required innovation to perform a decoction and raise the mash temp fro the next step. Retruned wort at next step temp after heating.
Reduced efficientcy due to modified decoction process. Added 3/4 pound or 750g of pale wheat malt to the mash for the last decoction step when a refractometer reading showed that the predicted OG was not going to get hit. Adjusted the last decoction mash step to 45min instead of 20min.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
