WINNER March 2025 - both People's Choice and BJCP !!! Based on #155 - best Kolsch ever. Adjusted after Oktoberfest comparison vs Fruh. USING MALLOKUP 'GERMAN PILSENER' MALT. Vienna reduced to 4%. Water salts adjusted down. USE K-97 Target Pre-Boil SG = 1.033
