Sorrel recipe
1/2 cup or 2.25 oz dried sorrel
1/2 gallon wort from mash
3 cloves
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped ginger
1 Teaspoon allspice
Boil wort, add ingredients, boil for 10 minutes and drain then add back before chilling.
Post mash refractometer was 1.045, hydrometer was 1.040
OG was 1.060 on hydrometer, 1.058 on refractometer, Tilt 2 was 1.055
FG was 1.012 on hydrometer, 1.031 on refractometer, Tilt 2 was 1.002
