4 gal filtered water in 8 gal pot
155 degree with grains for 30 min
sparge 1 qt at 160, add
raise temp to 160 add DME
bring to boil
hot break 10 min later
clear boil 2 min later, start 60 min counter and hops additions
cool to 80, transfer to fermenter
aerated for 5 min
