two days kettle sour target 3.3-3.7 Ended up 3.2 after 50 hrs. Notes
Volume notes: 2g is for starter and .75 is extra for the second boil. the starter gets added back so that will be extra for fermenter loss.
Do not add hops unil second boil
Pull off 2g before lacto starter for yeast starter running very slow to chill more
Boil for 15 min and chill to a pot temp of about 100. Pich lacto and puge pot with co2. Set pid to 105 for a 100F kettle sour.
two days kettle sour target 3.3-3.7 Ended up 3.2 after 50 hrs.
Add hops and bring back to a boil for 15min, treat as any other brew from here
