Taste Notes

Sharpness of rye with the sweetness of honey. You don't even notice the ABV of 8.5.

Notes

Blew off the fermentor bucket lid on day 1. Only got to 1.015. Wanted to get down to 1.010. Probably needed to keep it a bit cooler on day one and ease the process along.
