Notes
Modified Nugget Nectar recipe from BYO and Brewing network interview. Andrew Dickson said that the malt bill was mainly vienna malt. The BYO recipe was off for OG significantly. I dropped the pilsner malt, added in Vienna to raise the OG and added caramel 60L to match the stated target parameters. Hop bill was used as stated. Best IPA I have Ever made. better than two hearted... And that's saying a lot!
substitutions:
* can't find palisade anywhere, so using willamette instead
* no simcoe at LHBS so went with Zythos.
