Pre-heat MLT with 1.5 litres of boiling water. Cover with blanket.
Pre-boil gravity 1.040 @ 80C = 1.068
Post-boil gravity 1.082 @ 11C = 1.081
Pitched at 4P.M.
Was fermenting at 8A.M

Bubbles every 8 seconds.

Still bubbling slighty.
So only going to bottle after 3 weeks.
