Notes

Add 1 oz of Mosaic and Citra hops to a separate container add 16 oz of 170 degree water, cover and let set. Boil water for 10 mins.Add remaining hops to boil kettle, whirlpool for 10 minutes after flame out. Chill to 70 degrees and transfer to a fermenter and pitch yeast and stepped hop mixture. Ferment for 4 days, cold crash and transfer to a keg. Serve at 15 psi. Can be served with some citrus slices or a little citrus juice or by t's self 3/5/25 Used 2 oz of Amarillo as bittering hops, added 2 oz of Citra as amora hops stepped in 170 degrees water before adding to fermenter.. Wife did not like new hop arrangement will go back to original hop profile on the next brew. 3/30/25 Used 1.5 oz of Mosaic as bittering hops, 2 oz of Citra as aroma hops. Tina thought it still a bit too bitter.
