Notes

90 min boil time. Use yeastcake from Altbier #169 - Bluestone Cologne (ex. Kolsch #168. Pitch at 18, ferment at 13. Grain bill adapted from Weyermann's Marzen Recipe. Everything great, except the yeats (too peachy). Drop the mash temp to make a bit drier.
