Taste Notes

Very malt heavy, tastes great, might SLIGHTLY increase hops next time around. Any noble hop subs would work. This is a replacement for the Negra Modelo recipe I shared a while back. Fifteen gallons of this beer was gone in less than a month at my house with 8 other beers on tap, the neighbors liked it that much. The Munich 30 is a little hard to find but it really produces a great color without having to use a lot of caramel.
