Notes

Used Barke Pilsner malt from Weyerman Forgot to add salts to mash, so added them after 30 minutes; mash pH was 5.48 before salts, mash temp was 148. Wort was very cloudy. pH at end of boil was 5.30 Chilled wort to 50 degrees and pitched yeast, no rehydration, no oxygen
