Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give 78.7% AA for WLP007 at 65.9C Wet hop ratio of 5. AA% for Styrian estimate of 3.7% dry and 0.74% wet. 2.8 kg of green hops. (2.3kg last year). 15% 10 minutes, 25% 5 minutes, 60% 0 minutes. Munich removed as AG#166 bit sweet tasting Yeast: WLP007. Around 523B cells required, >478ml slurry at 52% viability. (Have approximately this amount, its about 25 days old.) Mr Tasty water Yeast not started at all on the second morning about 40 hours after pitching. 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M42 pitched morning of 24/09/24. :(
