Notes

At flameout steeped 3 oz of Nueva LLusta (Counter Culture Coffee) in a muslin bag. Removed after a short time. 3/23/14 Racked to secondary. Very strong coffee flavor. Added Cold brew coffee on 6/11. Bottled 6/15.
