Taste Notes

IPA com excelente amargor e sabor de lúpulo cítrico, característico do Simcoe. Ficou mais encorpada do que o habitual devido ao uso de S-04, que possui uma atenuação mais baixa que o US-05, mais apropriado para o estilo.
