Notes

Mash in w/ 4.25gal of 167F water. Rest 60min. Grains will absorb 2.25gal of wort. Add 2gal of 205F water to mashout at 168F. Rest 15min. Vorlauf, drain to kettle. Add 4gal of 170F water. Rest 15min .Vorlauf, drain to kettle. 8gal Preboil volume. Brewed on 5/1/2013. Collected ~4.5gal. OG: 1.058. Kegged on 6/5/2013. FG: 1.011
