Notes
Add 4.65gal of 165F to mash at 152F for 75min
Grains will absorb roughly 2.15gal of wort
Add 2.15gal of near boiling water to Mashout at 168F.
Rest 30min, vorlauf, drain to kettle
Add 3.5gal of 170F water while draining to kettle to achive pre-boil volume of 8gal
60min boil > 6.5gal of wort left > 5.5gal to bucket.
