Notes

5/5/12: Good brewday, although we struggled a bit to get the strike temp right for the mash 5/6: Full fermentation with two different yeasts 5/9: Fermentation still going. Significant color differences between the yeasts 5/15: Checked gravity: #1 was at 1.014, #2 at 1.030, roused them both, and #2 took off with blowoff 5/18: Gravity now at 1.008 and 1.020, so I blended the two beers into two buckets and added 0.5oz Kent Goldings in each for dry hopping. will now let sit for a week before bottling 5/27: Bottled and kegged
