Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give around 78% AA for WLP007 at 66.0C. WLP007 Yeast, 525B cells = 1.7L + 3.9L starter. (PUREPITCH - Assume a starter based on 150B cells and a manufacturing date 6 months earlier than the expiry date.) Mr Tasty water Good condition beer but a bit boring. Not bitter enough, and tastes a bit sweet which may be the Munich, don't make again.
