Notes

Tasty Fermentation Method Pitch at 55F Raise to 58F after 50% expected attenuation. Raise to 62F after 75% expected attenuation. Raise to 65F after 90% expected attenuation. Allow fermentation to finish (I waited approx 1 week) then keg. Condition if desired, but beer was ready to drink after carbonating. Fine w/ gelatin or isinglass, as no lagering means no time to drop out yeast.
