Tasty Fermentation Method
Pitch at 55F
Raise to 58F after 50% expected attenuation.
Raise to 62F after 75% expected attenuation.
Raise to 65F after 90% expected attenuation.
Allow fermentation to finish (I waited approx 1 week) then keg.
Condition if desired, but beer was ready to drink after carbonating. Fine w/ gelatin or isinglass, as no lagering means no time to drop out yeast.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
