Notes
Boil strike water to de-aerate, then cool to strike temp
Mash in at 148 for 60 minutes
Add ~1 gallon of 65F water to bring the mash to 130F and add 5 oz crushed 2-row and stir
Purge with CO2, cover the grain bed with Saran Wrap, purge with CO2 again.
Insulate the mash tun to hold 120F-130F for 24 hours
Boil for 15 minutes with the hops.
