Taste Notes
easy drinking with no off flavors. I like it. Lighter for summer. Nice lace in the glass.
Notes
1. Strike water 163.7F Added grain = 157.7F. 154.9 after 22 min. w/ a stir
2. when recirc through pump temp dropped to 148.F. dont do until right before sparge next time.
3. Runoff @6.5g = 1.08sg and ph=6
4. only 4.25g to fermenter. topped off with boiled water to 5g. At 4.25g = 1.050SG, at 5g = 1.45SG
5. set point of fermenter = 54F
