rien de particulier à noter pdt le brassage sauf oubli chauffer eau sparge donc un peu décalé pour rincage dreches brssin pour finir houblons (pacifica / colombus / centennial) whirlpool de 2mn puis sdtby 10mn et refroidissement à 19°C --------------------------------------------------------------- 13/04/24 : embouteillage
