Notes

Inventory removed I think my lactic acid is too old. the 3.8ml was supposed to get a mash PH of 5.32, but was 5.50 added another ml and a little 10% Phos. acid to get down to about where it was supposed to be. Added .5 ml of 85% Phos. acid to get to 5.26 pre-boil PH Post boil PH - 5.23, added .5ml to get to 5.12
