2 GALLONS OF DEAD SPACE IN MT ADDED 1/4 CUP OF FRESH ORANGE ZEST WHAT A NIGHTMARE. TOOK ABOUT 1 HR AND 1/2 TO DROP THE WORT TO 100 DEG. LOOKS LIKE THE ZEST GOT STUCK IN THE PLATE CHILLER.
