Notes

Added basil and moss at same time Added 1.5 basil for second add. Did third add of 1.5. Saved last 1.5 for last add. Wort tasted like sweet tea with good honey notes. Noted a layer of what may have been honey protein in primary. Layer sank into lower part of carboy within a half hour.
