6:30 Put 2.5 gal distilled water in 12 qt brewpot 6:45 Too Hot to steep 7:05 160 degrees - steeping 7:40 Heat to boil Added LME and DME (already dissolved in ~.25 gal water) 8:00 Nice boil at Medium plus 1.5 clicks on big burner 9:00 Off Boil 11:30 still 125 after sitting outside 10am still 82 degrees Added 2/3 gallon to 3 80 degrees pitched at 1.053 3/26 7 days moved to secondary 70 degrees 1.012 3/31 - Easter Beer bottled at 1.012
