Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for WLP090 at 67.0C WLP090 Yeast, 512B cells = *L + *L starter. (PUREPITCH - Assume a starter based on 150B cells and a manufacturing date 6 months earlier than the expiry date.) Mr Tasty water Based on the hop split used for AG#161 which was excellent: 40% Amarillo, 27% Simcoe, 33% Mosaic. (Equal dry hops).
