Notes

OG was 1.046. I zested a shitload of oranges, lemons, and grapefruit. It smelled glorious. I used http://onebeer.net/batchspargecalc.shtml to calculate the brew water and it was spot on. I had about 10.5 gallons at the end for fermenting.

Citrus Bomb

by outlawales

I got the recipe and tweaked it a bit from the hombrewtalk.com forum. This turned out amazing. Just the right amount of citrus aftertaste and tartness. Huge crowd pleaser at a summer party. I don't have the zest in the recipe but it was around 4 grapfruit, 4 oranges, 6 lemons, and 6 limes. The zest was added in the last 5 minutes. I made ten gallons of this and it was all gone from a single party.
