Notes
This was an attempt to make something that was dark and fairly strong
Next time?
knock back the bitterness a bit
add a bit of biscuityness or more malt
Whilst not entirly as I had imaginned this has turned out to be a really nice beer and I am starting to appreciate the differences between it and the original idea which could have been a bit too easily drunk and rather "soft"
Great beer
