Really sweet and smooth with a massive honey aroma. Excellent!Notes
Addtional hops are needed to offset the honey sweetness, the finished balance tastes right in style. Actual bittering hop I dont think matters much. I used raw orange blossom honey from Florida.
Thanks for the recipe, it turned out really well.
I used a smaller grain bill as didn't want such a strong drink, came out at 6%. The balance of honey and hops worked well
Will be brewing this again
