Taste Notes

Came out nice and hazy with a nice slightly amber color. Muted bitterness. Strong aroma of berries, pineapple and stonefruit. The hop aroma really comes out when temperature rises to about 8C.

Notes

Recipe scaled for a Brewzilla 3.1.1 at 17l batch size intended for a 18l Corny keg. Fermented at 18C for 2-3 weeks. Conditioned and force carbonated in keg at 3C for 1 week.
