Notes
ran first step of decoction for 25 min before pulling first decoction--- pre heated decon pot with sparge water before putting in grains.
will hold decoction at 145 for 10 min before bringing to boil. did full 20 min decoc boil. added back to main mash raised from 122 to 140. ran for 5 min and pulled second decoc
PH meas at 10 min was 5.70 this was high the same as previous brew also
