Notes
Corriander - we used ground pulverized did not have whole seeds only had .75 oz
double ground wheat and GNO at .032
Ground grain at .030
had a lot of dust added rice hullls. Started slow recerculation but quickly rampled ran well
temp dropped to 149 for 10-15 min. then rameped back up to 152 for rest of mash
USED BEERSMITH PH / lactic number for addtion. PH was measured at 5.64. app said to add 5 ml of lactic to drop to 5.35
added 2.5 ml only dropped to 5.60 after 5 min. added another 1 ml did no re measure
5.5 gallons first runnings.
Sparge stuck on the intial startup.
Restirred while purging into a buacket . that cleared the line and ran fine after that.
Boil intensity was a bit low so did not reach proper gravity.
