Notes

Pitched yeast from recent batch of Derby Wharf Porter. Racked day 8, no reading taken. Looked to still be quite hazy. Bottled on 8 Nov. Primed with 3oz brown sugar. Bottle wand too big for spigot on bottling bucket. Spigot also badly scratched and ripped at tip. Used a short length of tubing to fill each bottle' opened and closed spigot for each one. Fills kind of inconsistent. Ended up with exactly 48 bottles.
