Measured with refractometer on 01-12-2023 at 15:50 at 20.3 degrees Celcius: SG 1.026 Measured with refractometer on 08-12-2023 at 15:50 at 20.3 degrees Celcius: SG 1.028 Botteled on 09-12-2023 with 1 x 2gr muntons carbonation drop in each 0.33L bottle and 2 x 2gr muntons carbonation drop in the 0.50L bottles - 35 bottles 0.33L - 2 bottles 0.50L - 1 bottles 0.20L Tasted on 29-03-2024, batch age 125 days: After a good 3.5 months in the bottle the beer has averaged out some more. I like the subtle sweetness/bitterness combination on the beer and the color. (I tried also after 60 days but then the beer is as flat as the country where I live (The Netherlands) and the taste is like a syrupy cough syrup, brrrrrr.) I do not like the low carbonation profile which is about 2.5 g/L at the moment which is at the top edge recommended for the style. Also the long wait tests your patience.
