Notes
Add freshly boiled sorrel using reserved.5 gallons of water to other ingredients at end of boil.
Sorrel recipe called for
1/2 cup dried sorrel
1/2 gallon water
3 cloves
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped ginger
1 Teaspoon allspice
Boil water, add ingredients, boil for 10 minutes and drain.
POST
Nope. Not enough sorrel (hibiscus) and no more cloves ever again. They dominate.
Next time, no cloves and allspice. I'll also just put it all in at 10 minutes remaining. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
