Notes
Mashed in and held 132 for 20 min then grabbed 12qts of mash and slowly brought to boil and held for 10 min to where it turned 2 shades darker. Moved back in mash and took mash to 148. Let system take it to 157 degF. After 40 min iodine test passed. Started mash out. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
