Notes

Mashed in and held 132 for 20 min then grabbed 12qts of mash and slowly brought to boil and held for 10 min to where it turned 2 shades darker. Moved back in mash and took mash to 148. Let system take it to 157 degF. After 40 min iodine test passed. Started mash out.
