Notes
It was a really windy day when I made this. Started with 25l of water, and don't think I got the boil-off I should have got, sadly - yay gas burners. This ended up at 1050, rather than 1060ish.
The beer is so-named after the uniq(1) UNIX program, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniq which seems fitting for a single-hop, single-malt beer.
