Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give 75.5% AA for Wyeast 1098 at 66.5C. Based on a Gordon Strong recipe, previously made as AG#143, AG#151, AG#154. Columbus changed to Mosaic. Have to try with Wyeast 1098.... Boiling for 15 minutes, then adding bittering hops at 60 mins. Ferment at 20C. Yeast: Wyeast 1098 Mr Tasty water
