Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give 77.3% AA for WLP007 at 66.0C. Boiling for 15 minutes, then adding bittering hops at 60 mins. Ferment at 19C. >308ml harvested WLP007 (10 days old). 491B cells. Yeast: WLP007 Mr Tasty water New recipe, 100% Maris Otter, slightly more bitter than latest beers. Based on 60% Amarillo and 40% Simcoe. Check internet for recommended hop mix ratios in future... Two bags of Amarillo, get the oldest (8.7%) and newest (6.4%) in the right places! Two bags of Simcoe (12.8% and 12.7%) so set to 12.75% for all.
