Notes
First time brewing this beer.
1. On day 7 10/27/23 the temp of the fermenter is sitting at 55* . started dropping temp from 73* to 55* 10/27 at 230pm. This morning I added in a hop sack 3 oz of galaxy and 1 oz of cryo pop blend , tied on a pc. of fishing line to tie it off in the conical fermenter. I will pull this out tomorrow night ( Sunday Night at 5ish) and add the next charge of dryhop which is 3 oz of Citra and 1 of cryro pop.
2. On day 9 10/29/23 at 230pm fermenter still sitting at 55.2* . I pulled out the dryhop bag, let drainout into the fermenter. Sanitized the other hop bag and added 3 oz of Citra and 1 oz of cryro pop blend hop. put it in the fermenter and tied off with a fishing line. The aroma coming from the beer is crazy.
3. On day 11 10/31/23 at 3:00 PM fermenter was at 57* I pulled the hop bag out of the fermenter allowing it to drain out. Purged with Co2 and turned the the temp down to 31*. I'm looking to have the temp 33* at kegging
This beer was chosen to be used for their wedding, I will be brewing this one again and again and again. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
