Taste Notes

V-1 Fined with geletin, lager is clean and perfect. 3 jalapenos add a green pepper flavor and aroma at 1 month, also more heat than desired as well, hopefully longer aging will help, At 2 months still spicy but more balanced V-2 No jalapenos, used Lutra instead of S23 Safelager, fermented at 73
