Original Gravity reading of 1.058 going into the fermenter (Better Bottle 6 gallon with 1 Liter started of US05).
6.5 gallons total, not as much boiled off as my system.
Saved 1/2 gallon into a 1 gallon glass jug, added 3lbs of Caramalized sugar to that (about 2.5 cups after boil) with US-05 yeast. Will combine with the main batch when transferring to 2ndary.
Still need to add the cocoa, pecan extract, and caramal extract but will do so after tasting. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
