4.00 oz Milk Sugar (Lactose) (0.0 SRM) Sugar 11

Notes

Original Gravity reading of 1.058 going into the fermenter (Better Bottle 6 gallon with 1 Liter started of US05). 6.5 gallons total, not as much boiled off as my system. Saved 1/2 gallon into a 1 gallon glass jug, added 3lbs of Caramalized sugar to that (about 2.5 cups after boil) with US-05 yeast. Will combine with the main batch when transferring to 2ndary. Still need to add the cocoa, pecan extract, and caramal extract but will do so after tasting.
